Before you order
Editing previews use files in your browser. Photos and property details are not sent to us until you start an order. Closing the page clears an unsaved preview.
To fulfil your order
We store your email, property and agent details, supplied photos, payment references and finished files. Hosting and file storage are provided by Cloudflare. Payment is processed by PayPal; we do not receive your card number. An authorised operator accesses your files to produce and check the pack.
Private access
Your order is accessed through an unguessable private link. Anyone with that link can access the order, so keep it confidential. The browser can store an access token for the current session. Rate-limiting uses a hashed network identifier.
Retention and requests
Files and order records are retained to fulfil the order, handle revisions and meet accounting obligations. Contact support to request access or deletion, subject to records we must retain. Customer photos are not used in public examples without separate permission.
