The $49 listing pack

One 20-second vertical MP4, three 1080 × 1350 social images and caption text for one property. Editing uses your supplied photos and details. Photography, footage capture, virtual staging, voiceover and music licensing are not included.

Your materials

Supply 3–12 usable photos and accurate property and brokerage details. You must hold permission to use all supplied materials. Confirm your brokerage and platform requirements before publishing. We do not verify listing ownership, property measurements or legal advertising disclosures.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery is within two business days of completed payment and receipt of usable materials. One round of text corrections or photo-order changes is included when requested within seven days of delivery. New properties, new design directions and replacement of all supplied photos are separate work.

Cancellation and problems

You can request cancellation before production begins for a full refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed pack, we will refund the order. Contact support about incorrect or unusable files so we can fix them. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms.

The purchase is for the files described above. It does not include ad placement, leads, property sales or guaranteed reach.
